LEAGUE INFORMATION

Teams: 10 players max per team
Age Restriction: Ages 16+

Registration Options:

  1. Full Team — 10 Players

  2. Group — 2-3 Players (Please include teammate names in registration)

  3. Free Agent — Individual

Team Fee: $900 + HST ($20 Jersey add on/per player — Divide the payment with your team members for additional savings)

Free Agent Fee: $100 + HST ($20 Jersey add on if you require a jersey)

Returning Teams do not have to pay for Jerseys

  • Registration, refund & withdrawal policy

  • In the event of inclement weather on the date of any programs scheduled a decision will be communicated by 4 PM if there will be a cancelation. If there has been no communication the programs will be running as scheduled.  

    After 4 PM the day of, discretion is left to the lead program instructor to cancel on-site. 

    A rescheduled session may push back all programming by one week. 

    Athlete Institute reserves the right to reschedule a session on another night of the week if required. Refunds will not be issued if the athlete cannot make the new date.   

    If a session gets canceled mid-way through it will not be rescheduled and if it’s canceled ahead of time, it will be rescheduled.  

    If a clinic is canceled due to inclement weather, the athlete may make up the clinic in a similar session on another night of the week.

  • Adult League Policy: 
    The registration deadline is the last official day to register for our programs. This will always be 14 days (about 2 weeks) before the program's start date. You may still register for programs after this deadline; however, you may not receive a jersey for 1-2 weeks.
