Youth volleyball training and skill development. Work on fundamentals with a group in a team-like practice setting. Maximum 15 participants per group.

About the Coach
Sangeeta Balkaransingh is a former college volleyball athlete at Centennial College, where she developed her competitive edge and passion for the sport. She brings that same energy into coaching, focusing on building strong fundamentals and creating a positive learning environment for young athletes. Beyond the court, Sangeeta is a National Wellness Bodybuilder and two-time Gold Medalist, showcasing the discipline and dedication she passes on to her players.

About the Coach
Our Wednesday night volleyball skill clinics will be led by former Canadian National Team player Sergey Grabovsky. With 15+ years of volleyball experience and 5 seasons competing on the World Tour, Sergey brings a wealth of knowledge to his coaching. He has trained and mentored athletes at recreational, rep, and provincial levels, helping players refine their skills and elevate their game.

Offensive Precision
Develop steady forearm passing, crisp hand setting, and reliable serves — from float to topspin — placing the ball with intent to create scoring chances.

Read blockers and defenders, master rotations and coverage, and make smart decisions in transition to out-position opponents and win rallies.

In the event of inclement weather on the date of any programs scheduled a decision will be communicated by 4 PM if there will be a cancelation. If there has been no communication the programs will be running as scheduled.
After 4 PM the day of, discretion is left to the lead program instructor to cancel on-site.
A rescheduled session may push back all programming by one week.
Athlete Institute reserves the right to reschedule a session on another night of the week if required. Refunds will not be issued if the athlete cannot make the new date.
If a session gets canceled mid-way through it will not be rescheduled and if it’s canceled ahead of time, it will be rescheduled.
If a clinic is canceled due to inclement weather, the athlete may make up the clinic in a similar session on another night of the week.

Adult League Policy:
The registration deadline is the last official day to register for our programs. This will always be 14 days (about 2 weeks) before the program's start date. You may still register for programs after this deadline; however, you may not receive a jersey for 1-2 weeks.
