CrossFit Orangeville “Bring a friend day”
We get questions all the time regarding bringing a friend to try out a CrossFit class here at CrossFit Orangeville. Starting next week, one day every week will be labeled as a “Bring a friend day.
“Bring a friend day” will fall on a different day of the week and generally coincide with workouts that have fewer technical skills. Don’t confuse this with being “easier” (although you don’t need to tell your friend that), it should just be the least intimidating workout of the week from a technical-skills standpoint.
If you have a friend that is interested in joining us and trying out a class, feel free to speak to, email, or text Coach Tyler to find out when the next “Bring a friend day” is coming up.
Our newest program, designed for young athletes (girls and boys aged 12-18) who are looking to take their strength and conditioning to the NEXT level. This program will run biannually (spring and late summer) to prepare athletes for their upcoming sport season. You can get more information regarding this program here.
