Is FUN for kids of all ages! In KidsFit you will learn the basics of CrossFit through unloaded exercises and entertaining activities. The class keeps kids moving and improves coordination, movement patterns and spatial awareness. Not only does KidsFit keep kids active, but its group based atmosphere helps build confidence, and allows them to meet new friends, all while promoting a healthy lifestyle!
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines many elements of badminton, ping pong and tennis. Pickle ball is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn and tonnes of fun! This is a fantastic way to learn and play the game, while improving overall health.
We will introduce the children to a wide range of sports, games and activities in a fun and positive manner. We encourage healthy habits and being active in the things you love. From obstacle courses and soccer to relay races and dodgeball there is something for everyone!
Our academy coaches will work with the children to develop fundamental basketball skills through fun drills and mini games. We take pride in developing young athletes and creating a passion for sport.
Movement Skills/Fitness Development
To truly develop fundamental movement skills in our children, we must provide opportunities for them and encourage them to be active on a regular basis. We will spend time focusing on coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and general fitness through a series of fun and engaging games and
activities the children will have fun with. This will be a fantastic way to play while improving overall health.
Our academy coaches will work with the children to develop fundamental soccer skills through fun drills and mini games. Our outdoor grass field and indoor turf dome allow for activities in any weather, all year long!
