Brand-New Trial Memberships, and Beginner Bootcamp is Back!

Exciting schedule changes and a brand-new Trial Membership option are coming to the Athlete Institute Training Centre! We've heard your requests, so we are making some changes.

 

Trial Memberships are effective immediately.

 

Schedule changes are effective Monday February 5th, 2018.

 

Athlete Institute Training Centre Trial Membership

 

Never been a member at Athlete Institute before? Then, this is the perfect membership for you! Sign up for our Athlete Institute Trial Membership and attend 3 classes/week for only $90 including tax! This membership gives you the freedom to try our CrossFit, Core5 or Beginner Bootcamp classes without making a long term commitment.

 

Membership Terms

Membership will expire 1 month after the start date and will not automatically renew. Membership includes 3 classes/week- CrossFit, Core5, Beginner Bootcamp, or Open Gym. Trial memberships available for one month for new members only.

CrossFit Orangeville Beginner Bootcamp

 

Yes, you read that correctly. Our extremely successful CrossFit Orangeville Beginner Bootcamp program is back by popular demand. The program returns on Tuesday February 6th. We have made a few changes, however.

First and foremost, classes will now be available at the following times:

 

Tuesdays

6:30-7:30am

7:30-8:30pm

 

Thursdays

6:30-7:30am

7:30-8:30pm

 

Saturdays

7:00-8:00am

 

The CrossFit Orangeville Beginner Bootcamp used to be run as a 6 or 8-week set program. We are now changing it to run continuously throughout the year at the above times. This is beneficial for a few reasons:

 

1. Members are no longer attached to a specific Bootcamp time slot. If you wish to attend Tuesday morning's class and then Thursday evening's class, because that fits your schedule better, go for it!

 

2. With the addition of Bootcamp class on Saturday mornings, we are not only allowing for more schedule flexibility, but we are also giving you the opportunity to attend 3 classes/week if you so desire.

 

Core5

 

Core5 will be adjusted on Tuesday and Thursday evenings based on request. Class will start at 7:30pm rather than 8:30pm on both days.

 

Sundays, Core5 will now run at 10:00am.

 

Core5 Yoga will be adjusted to match the demand and interest. It will be now be at the following times:

 

Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am

Thursdays 8:30-9:30pm

Saturdays 9:00-10:00am

 

CrossFit

 

No more class on Sunday evenings, although we will now have open gym Sunday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm.

 

Training Centre Hours

 

No changes to our regular hours through the week. We will now, however, be adjusting our hours on Sundays to open earlier in the day.
