Thursday August 4 CrossFit WOD


In our inaugural year of the CrossFit Orangeville All-Stars (Started September 1, 2015), we set out with a simple goal - honour and recognize our most dedicated members.

Our message is simple - CrossFit Orangeville is a big part of the Athlete Institute, we are proud of the members we have and want to showcase what dedication and consistency can do for you to all of our newest members coming in.

We gave our members a goal - complete at least 125 CrossFit classes between September 1st, 2015 and June 30th, 2016 to be featured as one of our best members of the year. This includes a plaque on our Wall of Fame.

Kelly is a cancer survivor, and despite never having done a single CrossFit class before, he joined us at the beginning of October of 2015 with a goal of improving his health. Right from day one, he bought into our system and programming, consistently showing up, giving it his all every single day he was here. Although he was a month late in starting the All-Stars program, he still managed to rack up 132 workouts between October 2nd 2015 and June 30th 2016!

Today's WOD has been designed by Kelly and is named after him to honour his accomplishment.
