Wednesday July 27 CrossFit WOD


In our inaugural year of the CrossFit Orangeville All-Stars(Started September 1, 2015), we set out with a simple goal - honour and recognize our most dedicated members.

Our message is simple - CrossFit Orangeville is a big part of the Athlete Institute, we are proud of the members we have and want to showcase what dedication and consistency can do for you to all of our newest members coming in.

We gave our members a goal - complete at least 125 CrossFit classes between September 1st, 2015 and June 30th, 2016 to be featured as one of our best members of the year. This includes a plaque on our Wall of Fame.

Karen is one of our CrossFit Lite faithful, consistently showing up bright and early for our 8am CrossFit Lite classes. Despite leading a busy work and home life (3 kids), she finds the time to come in and invest in her health and fitness. Karen is a prime example of how consistency pays off. As one of our older members (50's), she not only has improved the way she looks and feels, but has removed a lot of the so-called "age related" aches and pains by staying consistent and improving her overall strength. Karen has improved her quality of life tremendously and is a great part of our team here at CrossFit Orangeville.

Today's WOD has been designed by Karen and is named after her to honour her accomplishment.
