Warm Up

Strength/Skill: EOMOTM 10

5 strict OHP

Met Con: AMRAP

With a continuously running clock, complete the squats/push-ups/pull-ups for that minute. Use as many sets as needed each minute. Once you can no longer complete all repetitions within the given minute, you are done.

For example:

1st minute - 1 squat, 1 push-up, 1 pull-up
2nd minute - 2 squats, 2 push-ups, 2 pull-ups
3rd minute - 3 squats, 3 push-ups, 3 pull-ups
.
.
.
15th minute - 15 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 pull-ups
etc.

Valentine's Day Partner WOD:

For time (partners alternate to split reps however they like)

40 thrusters (95/65)
30 partner burpees (one partner holds plank while other partner does burpee and jumps over)
100 wall balls (20/14)
30 box jumps
60 pull-ups
