Thursday August 28 CrossFit WOD

Strength/Skill:  EMOTM 12min

Min 1 - 15 Wall Ball
Min 2 - 10 Toes to Bar
Min 3 - 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Then repeat until 12min is over.  Goal here is to keep a good pace and avoid burnout! Modify reps if needed, each set should be done unbroken.
