First off, let me thank all of the Athletes as well as supporters (both present & not) for a great weekend @ Beach WOD Comp in Wasaga!!! We all had a great time & every team did very well, congrats:)

Work your way up to 1RM Snatch within 7mins then Clean & Jerk within 7mins
