Met Con: "Bergeron Beep Test" EMOTM for as long as possible

7 Thrusters 75/55

7 Pull ups

7 Burpees

* Scaled version is 4 reps of each movement.  If you bow out before.......

5min- complete another 5mins of max rep burpees

10min- complete 3min max rep thrusters

15min- complete 2min max rep wall ball
