Dillan Grant

Dillan is a Certified Level 1 Crossfit coach with a background in Fitness and Health Promotion. He comes from a childhood involving a large variety of sports including basketball, hockey, Lacrosse, golf, and many more. Despite his rather active past in sports and the traditional “bodybuilding” type training, Dillan was always an overweight teenager. That is until he found Crossfit a little over a year ago. Having a love for fitness and athletics, he always wanted to work in that type of field but was unsure where specifically. Crossfit not only helped change his appearance and better his health, but also gave him a career opportunity to learn and promote this type of high intensity training. Dillan's mission in Crossfit is to help push others past limits they did not know they could go beyond, and show them they can have a better quality of life with some hard work in a great community. Working under very knowledgeable coaches like Tyler Robbins and Jesse Tipping, he hopes to keep learning as much as possible and broaden his practice in the field of Strength and Conditioning.
